5234th :)....the list only gave top 100 so don't know...by the way, not even the IIT/IISc is there in the top 100!
IIT should have been a part of this list. That's sad.
IIT is not there for the obvious reason: no research. IITs are educational, rather than research, institutions, so in measurements like papers published and citation counts it comes up short. Sad.
